I have the older model of this, without the twinkling lights.
I'm not sure what the purpose of those lights are anyway.
It's bsically a tunnel with an opening in the middle.
The material is kind of crinkly,
and it makes a little noise as the cat walks through it.
Some people report that the noise scares their cat,
but it doesn't seem very loud to me.
One of my cats (Katrina) is pretty skittish,
and she doesn't seem frightened at all by the noise.
Most online reviewers give this toy a positive review &
say their cats play with it quite a bit.
My experience is that our cats don't go into it much unless
I drop things into it or pull a string through it.
